POWER GRID OR DEVELOPMENT OF NATURAL GAS BY INDIA


CNG fuel usage and development.


As the energy like petrol,diesel,and other non renewable source of energy are facing crisis.In the other hand the demand for these is increasing.These fuels will emit green house gases,and cause damage to the environment.

For these problems maximizing the natural gas usage may be a good idea,in this government took a good decision and announced some projects on natural gas supply and pipeline across the country to supply the cng and png

Currently in India 16,788km gas pipe line is there.still 14,239km of pipeline to be installs to supply or to increase the availability.It is authorised by petroleum and natural gas regulatory board(PNGRB).
The supply of these gases not only limited to bunks but also it will be reached to the household for domestic use,

Natural gas is a naturally occurring hydrocarbon containing methane,and a minute amount or negligible amount of carbon dioxide,nitrogen and hydrogen sulphide.It has lower carbon emission.The cost is also very much lesser compared to other fuel.it is about 60% lesser than petrol,45% lesser than diesel and 40% lesser than LPG in cost.

CNG is a cleaner and greener energy ,so using these as fuel and implementing a new and efficient technology for proper management of energy will save the environment with infrastructural development in automobile sector.
