GLOBAL PLASTIC CONSUMPTION

As we all know plastic is a non biodegradable material, it will take huge 500 years to decompose. Asia is largest user of the plastic, and it uses 50% of global usage.It will be increased four times at the end of 2050.
Food, beverages and health care are the main sources of plastic usage,recycling of plastics is not doing in large scale , as stated above it is not decompose easily,but the plastic usage is increasing day by day. which is a dangerous and very harmful to the environment.
It has a market value of 150 billion US dollars,the sad part is 8.3 b.tones of plastic is produced but only 9% of it is recycled.And the rest of the things are dumped in nature.
So it is everyones responsibility to protect mother earth from damaging, use paper bags as much as possible and avoid plastics.
